Billing & Contracts

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (ACH, SEPA, Wire) and credit card.

We accept the main business payment methods:

Bank transfer

  • ACH — US accounts, no fees
  • SEPA — European accounts, no fees
  • Wire — international wires, no fees for amounts over $1,000

Credit card

Visa, Mastercard, Amex. A standard 2.9% processing fee applies on monthly plans.

Fee waiver

If you sign a 6 or 12 month contract, credit card processing fees are waived. Bank transfers are always free.

Currency

Invoices are generated in your preferred currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the 1st of the billing month.
