What the invoice covers
- Your hire's monthly salary (already includes South African payroll taxes, UIF and benefits — on our side)
- The South Assistants workspace (Dashboard, Kamva, Notetaker, Vault, Files)
- Your dedicated Customer Success Manager
What it doesn't cover
- Third-party tools you want your hire to use on your accounts (e.g. Apollo, HubSpot seats, Figma)
- Paid ads (your ad accounts, your budget)
- Reimbursed expenses — we'll bill those back line-itemed if approved
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and due within 7 days.
