Can you work in our existing CRM and sequencer?
Yes. We operate in your HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft — whatever you use. We don't bring our own stack. You own everything.
Do your SDRs have neutral accents for cold calling?
Yes. All SDRs who handle calls pass a spoken-English assessment optimised for US, UK and EU markets. You can listen to a recorded demo call before you hire.
How are meetings quality-controlled?
Every meeting booked has a qualification checklist, recorded discovery, and a written prep brief. If an AE rejects a meeting as unqualified, it doesn't count against our monthly target.
Do I need to write the sequences?
No. Our SDRs write, test and iterate on sequences weekly. We share drafts before anything goes live. Your feedback shapes the next cycle.
What about data — lists, enrichment, intent?
Your SDR builds lists in your tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc). If you don't have data tools, we'll recommend the lightest stack that fits your ICP and budget.
