Can I pause or cancel mid-month?

Monthly plans: 14 days' notice. Contract clients: 30 days' notice.

Yes. We don't lock you in.

Pausing

  • Monthly clients — pause with 14 days' notice. Your hire moves to another engagement during the pause; we can't guarantee the same person on resume but we'll try.
  • Contract clients — pause with 30 days' notice. Contract clock does not extend during pause.

Common reasons to pause: seasonal slowdown, parental leave, fundraising crunch.

Cancelling

  • Monthly clients — 14 days' notice, pro-rated refund for the unused portion.
  • Contract clients — 30 days' notice, pro-rated. Remaining contract term is not billed.

No exit fees, no data retention lock-in, no awkward calls.
