From your discovery call to a fully embedded hire takes around 14 days. You'll see a curated shortlist within 48 hours; the rest of the window covers selection, stack training, and the first week of supervised work.
Typical timeline
- Day 0: Discovery call. We scope the role, budget, timezone and must-haves.
- Day 1-2: We hand-pick 2-3 candidates from our vetted pool and send a shortlist with short video intros.
- Day 3-5: You interview your favourites; we coordinate everything.
- Day 6-9: Your chosen hire onboards onto your stack and SOPs.
- Day 10-14: Supervised first week of live work with daily check-ins from your Customer Success Manager.
Exceptions
For specialist roles (senior developers, marketing leads, industry-specific SDRs), the match can extend beyond 14 days because the vetting pool is smaller and we often run a fresh role-specific assessment.
