How the shortlist works
After your discovery call we hand-pick 2-3 candidates and send you:
- A short written brief per candidate (background, strengths, relevant experience)
- A 60-second video intro from each so you hear their voice and energy
- Their completed role-specific assessment (so you see how they think, not just their CV)
The interview step
You schedule a 20-30 minute video interview with any of the shortlisted candidates — or all of them if you want to compare. We set up the calls and provide a suggested question list tailored to the role.
There's no pressure to pick from the first shortlist. If none feel right, we send a second round.
