Yes. Every hire signs a mutual NDA. We can also sign your client-specific NDA.

Every South Assistants hire signs a mutual NDA as part of their employment — it covers everything they're exposed to across any client engagement.

Your own NDA

If your legal team has a specific NDA they want signed, send it over and we'll route it for signature. Most client-specific NDAs are counter-signed within 2 business days.

We can sign:

  • Per-engagement NDAs
  • Cross-NDAs covering multiple companies (e.g. group structure)
  • Industry-specific confidentiality agreements (healthcare, finance, legal)

What's covered

  • Your business data, customer data, roadmap, pricing, strategy
  • Conversations in meetings and recordings
  • Files and credentials in the Vault

Breach of NDA is a termination offence for any assistant.
