Every candidate goes through the same five-stage process — blind-graded where possible, same bar for every role.
The five stages
- Application review — we read every application ourselves. Shortlisting takes 3-5 days.
- Skills assessment — a short role-specific take-home, blind-graded against a rubric. Usually 1-2 hours of work.
- Written & spoken English assessment — calibrated for US, UK and EU business contexts.
- Live scenarios & culture interview — 45 minutes, live scenario work plus a conversation on composure, ownership and curiosity.
- References & final review — we speak to your past managers, then the hiring panel huddles to make the call. Only the top 3% get an offer.
Timeline
End-to-end, the process takes 2-3 weeks for most candidates. We'll be transparent about where you are at each step.
