The funnel
- Application review — every submission read by a human. No ATS keyword screens.
- Role-specific skills assessment — blind-graded against a rubric before reviewers see the candidate.
- Written & spoken English assessment — calibrated for US, UK and EU business contexts.
- Live scenarios & culture interview — 45 minutes of live work and conversation on composure, ownership and curiosity.
- Paid trial week — shortlisted candidates do paid work on a sample scope before we make an offer.
First cohort numbers
- 420 applications received across six tracks in the first three weeks
- 11 candidates made it to a paid trial
- 8 hires signed — ready to match with clients from February onwards
Fewer than 3 in 100 applicants make it through. We're keeping that bar high.
