As a Sales Development Rep on our team, you'll build pipeline for fast-growing B2B companies — researching accounts, running multi-channel outreach, and booking qualified meetings straight onto AE calendars.

In this role you will…
- Research accounts, build ICP-fit lists and identify decision-makers.
- Run 11-touch sequences across email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for your client's Account Executives.
- Log every activity in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach).
- Keep pipeline data clean: stage progression, next steps, win/loss reasons.
- A/B test subject lines, openers and CTAs — iterate weekly.
- Attend your client's sales standups and weekly reviews.
- Hand off qualified meetings with a crisp prep brief.
You will be a perfect fit if you…
- Have 1+ year in outbound sales, SDR, BDR or similar role.
- Write crisp, personalised cold emails in English.
- Have a neutral accent and can handle cold calls with confidence.
- Know your way around at least one CRM and sequencer.
- Are resilient, competitive and target-driven.
- Are comfortable working during your client's business hours (US, UK or EU).
Bonus points if you…
- Have sold into mid-market or enterprise.
- Have experience in SaaS, B2B services or fintech.
- Know how to build lists in tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Have been promoted from SDR to AE before.
