In this role you will…
- Design landing pages, marketing sites and product UI in Figma.
- Build and maintain token-driven design systems that map cleanly to code.
- Create brand assets — social, decks, ad creative, illustrations.
- Collaborate with developers on handoff, specs and QA.
- Run user-facing flows through prototype → refine → ship in weekly sprints.
- Record Loom walkthroughs to communicate design decisions.
- Propose interaction patterns, motion and micro-details that raise the craft bar.
You will be a perfect fit if you…
- Have 2+ years of product or brand design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Are fluent in Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, tokens).
- Have an eye for typography, hierarchy and whitespace.
- Can translate messy briefs into clear directions.
- Communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
- Are comfortable working during your client's business hours.
Bonus points if you…
- Have built a Figma design system from scratch.
- Know your way around Webflow, Framer or basic HTML/CSS.
- Have motion design skills (After Effects, Rive, Lottie).
- Are fluent in AI design tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, Magician, etc.).
